3. The right to withdraw from the purchase
The buyer has the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and in particular Articles 46c and 43c, to announce a withdrawal from the contract to the company within 15 days, without having to state a reason for their decision. Purchased goods are returned within 45 days without any compensation. However, the buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in returning the item purchased.
